The Purchasing module generates both requisitions and purchase orders, and tracks all receipts and returns. Its comprehensive quality assurance capabilities track and control all defined parameters and functions, including inspection tag generation, conformance evaluation, Material Review Board control, quality procedure efficiency, and vendor performance. Complete vendor functionality is also available. All procedures for producing shipping documents and shipping against customer releases are handled by the Shipping and Invoicing module. Distribution Requirements Planning generates detailed schedules and full pegging of net demand from balancing forecast and actual orders, inventories, and scheduled receipts. The application allows the optional use of backward and forward forecast consumption, and application of demand and planning time fees.
Inventory module maintains full control of inventories of all types, including finished goods, assemblies, and raw materials - with user-definable multiple pick, putaway and replenishment strategies, and optional lot and serial control. Random aisle/row/bin allocation is allowed.
Warehousing encompasses all aspects of warehouse capacity management and performance analysis, and has full capacity for maintaining various types of inventory by warehouse. Multiple stocking location capability maintains and tracks inventory between centralized stores, individual work centers, and receiving and shipping.

Work Order Management creates preventive maintenance work orders, and shows the backlog or requests. Parts, materials, or special resources may be issued to the work order. The progress of all orders is tracked and overdue assignments are flagged. Completed work orders are closed, with feedback or resources deployed, including manpower times.

Capacity Requirements Planning compares the planned production schedule with capacity restraints on available resources, identifies overload conditions, and allows corrective action to be taken. Master Production Scheduling and Material Requirements Planning modules allow for the simulation and creation of the optimum master schedule based on current sales demand and manufacturing capacity. They also generate a comprehensive Material Requirements Plan based on the master schedule, using bills of material data and inventory availability.
Work in Progress Management manages the production floor. Inventory issue and consumption are controlled utilizing user-defined reporting points.
